The aim of this collaborative conference is to reflect on professional attitudes by comparing different points of view, to acquire the legal and regulatory bases, and to encourage a dynamic conducive to the prevention of OHSV within the organisation.

This talk is an opportunity to exchange views with the participants, to answer their questions, fears and concerns about sexist and sexual violence in the workplace. The discussion is constructive and nuanced, with no moralising or infantilising.

  • Providing professionals with answers and tools to prevent, identify and report VSSTs
  • Reflect on the various links in a professional context
  • Discovering approaches and tools adapted to different settings

  • Welcome, introduction of the speaker and the conference

  • Epidemiological data on sexual violence
  • Reflection and clarification on appropriate postures for different settings (subordination, dress code, exchanges outside the workplace, social networks, etc.).
  • Identifying problem situations and reporting obligations

TEACHING METHODS AND RESOURCES

  • Theoretical/cognitive input supported by a slide show
  • Ethical reflection illustrated by clinical or situational vignettes
  • Reflective analysis of parental/professional practices and clinical illustrations
  • Distribution of prevention materials specific to each participant
    (in videoconferencing, links to materials in digital format)

LEARNING ASSESSMENT

Evaluation of participant satisfaction using a personal questionnaire covering the achievement of objectives, the conference programme, facilitation methods and the overall quality of the event.

LOGISTICS

You will need a video projector with an HDMI cable long enough to reach the speaker, and a system for broadcasting sound via HDMI or 3.5mm jack.
