This collaborative workshop will provide an opportunity to explore strengths and limitations in managing and preventing sexist and sexual violence at work (SGBV). The workshop will look at how to adopt the right stance when implementing preventive measures, so as to take better account of different approaches to cultural change and better protect employees.
This workshop is an opportunity to exchange views with participants, to answer their questions, fears and queries about setting up VSST prevention initiatives.
OBJECTIVES
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of the people in charge (VSS/Equality coordinators, management, human resources, team leaders, works councils, etc.).
- Discovering and understanding the legal obligations of each party in the prevention and management of OHSAS
- Knowing the different types of reporting and help structures
- Find out about different VSST prevention initiatives

LEARNING ASSESSMENT
LOGISTICS
By video : Provide a camera and a working microphone for each person, and a sufficient connection to ensure fluid exchanges during the workshop.
Face-to-face : Provide a video projector with an HDMI cable long enough to reach the speaker, and a system for broadcasting sound via HDMI or 3.5mm jack. Provide rooms to divide participants into 3 to 5 sub-groups of 3 to 5 people.
