The information provided during this training course enables participants to question their strengths and limitations in terms of identifying and managing sexist and sexual violence in the workplace (SGBV), based on real-life case studies.

OBJECTIVES

  • Recognising your strengths and limitations in VSST management
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of the people in charge (VSS/Equality coordinators, management, human resources, team leaders, works councils, etc.).
  • Discovering and understanding the legal obligations of each party in the prevention and management of OHSAS
  • Knowing the different types of reporting and help structures

TEACHING METHODS AND RESOURCES

  • Theoretical/cognitive input supported by a slide show
  • Ethical reflection illustrated by clinical or situational vignettes
  • Reflective analysis of professional practices and clinical illustrations
  • Distribution of prevention materials specific to each participant

LEARNING ASSESSMENT

Validation of prior learning with quiz, situation analysis and scenarios.
Evaluation of participant satisfaction using a personal questionnaire on the achievement of objectives, the training programme, delivery methods and the overall quality of the training.

LOGISTICS

Provide a video projector with an HDMI cable long enough to reach the speaker, and a system for broadcasting sound via HDMI or 3.5mm jack. Provide rooms to divide participants into 3 to 5 sub-groups of 3 to 5 people.
