Can a purchase be refunded?
All purchases are final.
In France, the right of withdrawal for products and services sold on the Internet is 14 days. However, purchases of services and digital content provided on an intangible medium cannot be reimbursed after purchase. By validating your order, you waive your right of withdrawal.
Only material items purchased (physical items, received by post) may be returned at your expense within 14 days and reimbursed, unless you note a serious defect preventing their use. You can submit a complaint within 14 days.
Can printable media be printed several times, in several locations?
When you buy our printable media as a download, you can print them once, and reprint them if the media is damaged. You can display the materials in a single location for as long as you like, or alternate display locations. However, each medium must be used only once, so it is not possible to display our media in several places at the same time. To display the same poster in two different locations, we invite you to purchase the same item twice.
Nor is it possible to modify the form or content of the media. They are protected by copyright.
Words that have an impact and convey the values of cohesion and respect: posters for your walls, water bottles, mugs... that will seemingly do nothing to raise the awareness of those around you!
